1. General Overview

Aston Executive Cars provides luxury car hire, chauffeur-driven services, helicopter rentals, and VIP close protection. All bookings, agreements, and communications are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
• Confirmation is issued via email or invoice after approval.
• Full or partial payment may be required to secure a booking.

3. Payment Policy

• We accept major cards, online transfers, and approved corporate invoicing.
• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed before the service starts unless agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• More than 48 hours’ notice: full refund.
• 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.
• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details during booking.
• Damage caused by negligence will be charged accordingly.
• Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited inside vehicles.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive for punctuality and comfort, Aston Executive Cars is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Chauffeur and Staff Conduct

All chauffeurs and staff are professionals who maintain the highest level of courtesy and discretion. Clients are expected to reciprocate the same respect.

8. Vehicle Condition and Availability

All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. In rare cases of unavailability or breakdown, a replacement vehicle of equal or higher value will be provided at no extra charge.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected is used solely for booking and communication and will never be shared with unauthorized parties.

10. VIP Protection and Security

All protection officers operate under strict confidentiality and are trained for executive and celebrity-level security. Each assignment is based on a professional risk assessment.

11. Liability and Insurance

Aston Executive Cars maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for indirect losses or missed engagements due to events beyond our control.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our official website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled by the Kenyan courts.
